- With Crown Automotive’s replacement fuel tank skid place you can now replace that rusted, dented, or missing skid plate on any 1997-2006 TJ Wrangler.This item is a direct replacement that will fit in place of an OE piece.To install, reuse the factory hardware in the existing mount locations.No drilling or fabrication required to install.
